is a movement that recognises the responsibility of the project profession to wider society and the environment. Responsible PM encourages project managers to advocate for better project outcomes that deliver benefits beyond just creating financial value for a narrow group of stakeholders.

This highly interactive session will explore the agency of Project Managers, the nature and extent of responsibility managed, and the practices that Project Managers can enact in their daily lives.

Yasmin Namini successfully led the strategic development and launch of the New York Times pay model for digital subscribers in May 2011.

As the first of its kind, the project faced lots of insecurities and great risks that put high emphasis on group dynamics, courageous leadership and stakeholder management. She will share her insights on how to manage risks as well as seeing opportunities in difficult projects that break new ground.
