Responsible Project Management

September 2nd, 18.00 CEST
Webinar with interactive session

Responsible Project Management (RPM) is a movement that recognises the responsibility of the project profession to wider society and the environment. Responsible PM encourages project managers to advocate for better project outcomes that deliver benefits beyond just creating financial value for a narrow group of stakeholders. Responsible Project Managers take ownership for delivery of multiple forms of value: human, social and environmental as well as financial value.

This highly interactive session will explore the agency of Project Managers, the nature and extent of responsibility managed, and the practices that Project Managers can enact in their daily lives.
